★★★★★Durable. Awesome.
This is the third dog hammock I've purchased and by far the best, especially at the price. The material is tough, durable and waterproof, and it fits perfectly in my 2026 Subaru Crosstrek. I'm especially grateful the sides zip up to protect my car doors. Awesome product!

Also works in back of my Jeep!
It's meant for the back seat, but it also works perfectly in the cargo area of my Jeep. Durable, stays in place, and it's held up to muddy paws and dog hair — best of all it wipes clean in just a few minutes. Definitely recommend.

★★★★★Perfect for our Subaru WRX
We have a 2018 Subaru WRX and this fits perfectly. I have a 51lb German shepherd, so durable and good quality was super important. Super easy to put up and take down, and it even comes with a little seatbelt!

Fantastic seat cover!
I expected it to be flimsy but I was wrong — this is the best car seat cover for dogs I've ever tried. Sturdy, easy to vacuum, and the perfect size. Both dogs shed everywhere in the hammock but NOT on my seats, and it vacuumed out in under an hour. The see-through panel kept them calm the whole trip.

★★★★☆This is great!
Easy to install and fits my Corolla perfectly. Fills the gap so my 25lb pup won't fall into the footwell anymore. Well made with sturdy zippers. There's a slight odor at first that fades in a day or two, and it's a touch slippery when he stands — a blanket over the top fixed that. Love it.

★★★★★Great quality and fit
A real upgrade and higher quality than my previous brand at the same price. The 600D material feels thick and rugged and the nonslip backing keeps everything in place. Best part is the maintenance — mud and hair don't stick, so a quick wipe makes it look brand new. 100% waterproof.

★★★★★Perfectly fit
The size is perfect and it protects my car seat really well. My dog sits comfortably and enjoys it, and the support is sturdy — it doesn't sag under his weight. The transparent mesh panel lets him see me while we drive, which keeps him calm and relaxed.

Helps our fur babies feel safe
A life saver and a seat saver! If you have puppies that run back and forth on car rides, this is what you need — they feel safe with the net up and can't ruin your seats. Easily washable if there's an accident. This is my second one; very durable and the straps set up in minutes.

★★★★★Waterproof and holds up
I've gone on multiple long trips with my dog using this seat cover. It's waterproof — the seat has never gotten wet. I've washed it multiple times with no issues so far.

★★★★★Great quality
Really pleased with the design and quality. The side zips help keep the floors clean. Would recommend.

★★★★★Easy to clean
Helpful for us because on our last ride one of our boys got sick and it was easy to clean. I have a small hatch so it's a bit big but manageable — we'll use it in our larger sedan too.

Why dog parents switch to Caboose
The cheap covers slide, rip, and soak through. Caboose fixes all three.
Won't Slide
Non-slip backing and four anchor points hold it flat, even on leather.
Won't Rip
Heavy-duty 600D waterproof fabric that holds up to big dogs and claws.
Wipes Clean
Mud, hair, and water rinse right off. No soaking through to your seats.
Fits Any Car
Adjustable straps fit cars, SUVs, and trucks, even captain's chairs.
Your dog stays calm and where they belong
The see-through mesh lets your dog watch the road and see you, which settles anxious pups fast. It also blocks the leap into the front seat, so every drive is safer and calmer.
Raised flaps that protect every inch
The Caboose doesn't just cover the seat. Raised side flaps shield your door panels, and the hammock design guards the footwells, so fur, mud, and scratches never touch your interior.
A quilted ride, plus everything close
A padded, quilted surface that senior and anxious dogs actually want to lie on. Side pockets hold the leash and treats, and it folds into a carry bag in seconds.
The backseat, fixed
- Slide around and bunch up on every turn
- Thin fabric rips and soaks through
- Leave the doors and footwells exposed
- Dog still slides and climbs up front
- Locks flat with non-slip backing and anchors
- 600D heavy-duty, fully waterproof
- Covers seats, doors, and footwells
- A calm dog that settles for the whole ride
Frequently asked questions
Will it fit my vehicle?
Yes. Adjustable headrest and seat-anchor straps lock it in place on any standard back seat — cars, SUVs, and trucks, including captain's-chair rows like the Telluride, Palisade, and Tahoe. Small fits most cars and mid-size SUVs; Large fits full-size trucks and large SUVs.
Will it slide around?
No. This is the #1 complaint about cheap covers and exactly what we fixed. A non-slip backing plus four anchor points (two headrests, two seat anchors) hold it flat and secure, even on leather.
Is it actually durable, or will it rip?
It's made from heavy-duty 600D waterproof Oxford fabric — the same weight used in quality luggage. It's built to hold big dogs and stand up to claws, not the thin material that tears on cheap covers.
How easy is it to clean?
Very. The waterproof surface wipes clean in seconds — mud, hair, and drool come right off without soaking through. For a deeper clean, it's machine washable.
What if the size isn't right?
No problem. If the size doesn't fit your vehicle, reach out with your order number and we'll exchange it for the one that fits.
