Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday. Orders placed
on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard US delivery typically takes 5–9 business days from dispatch. You'll receive
a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery windows are estimates
and can vary during peak periods.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order leaves our facility. If you
haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email
support@shopcaboose.com.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Wrong address / failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for
orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always try
